HR Manager - India

Hr position, is not limited to, talent acquisition & new hire on boarding, talent management, employee data maintenance, reporting, HR systems operations, and related regulatory compliance. The person also creates internal efficiency with regard to HR processes, and serves as an informational resource in the Human Resources area to both internal and external customers.  
The applicant should be very good observer, should be able to understand the current organization culture and values, promote them to new hires, also ensure that the culture is maintained and propagated during the various stages of corporate growth.

  • General HR Activities – Leave management , employee engagement, Finance Document Management with our accounts team, CSR activities and brand building activities.
  • Payroll processing and handling statutory compliances.
  • End to end recruitment activities.
  • Vendor management and facility management
  • Office Requirements Purchase / Fetch
  • Attend Meetings outside if necessary
