The Digital Strategist works with the Creative Director and Planning Team to deliver on iCloud9’s brand promise of ‘Digitizing the expectations’ for clients. Through strategic analysis, insights and a focus on results, the Digital Strategist ensures that client projects deliver meaningful value and drive revenue, improve the customer experience, and guarantee long-term client satisfaction.

The Digital Strategist works closely with Account Directors to investigate performance, identify opportunities, and recommend initiatives that drive results for both the client and icloud9 digital.

Producing meaningful information and insights:Helping clients to understand the impact of their digital marketing on their business.

The Digital Strategist will develop the apt plan for each client by analyzing different possbilities and translates data into meaningful insights and understanding and is measured by their ability to both share this data and make it meaningful and useful to those around them.

Recommending effective initiatives :The Digital Strategist identifies and recommends initiatives that will yield results based on a deep understanding of a client’s strategy and online performance.

The ability to effectively communicate the impact of digital initiatives on business value to clients is a critic

Effective liaison with team and clients : The Digital Strategist provides ongoing measures and tracking to provide the information that clients and project teams need to know to ensure they are meeting objectives. Effective liaison with the teams and clients ensures that the Reactive team is always feeding back opportunities to improve and exceed strategic plans.

Research and thought leadership : In concert with the Strategy Director, the Digital Strategist pro-actively identifies new consumer trends and behaviors that will impact client businesses, and, with the Strategy Director’s assistance and direction, prepares research to demonstrate the impact such trends may have in the future.

All research prepared will have a strong correlation with client businesses and needs and will be easily utilised by the Client Services team to ensure that a wider thought-leadership position is maintained.
